William M. Dumich received his B.S. in Accounting
and M.B.A. Degrees from Northern Illinois University
in DeKalb, Illinois. In addition, he is a licensed
Certified Public Accountant.
Bill worked for various
large and medium sized companies while maintaining
a part-time tax and accounting practice for thirteen
years before expanding his firm to a full-time accounting
and consulting practice.
During his years in industry,
Bill worked extensively with budgeting, profit planning
and projection, operations analysis, as well as
cost accounting, government compliance, and taxes
of all types. He worked as a corporate controller
and has extensive experience with computers and
system design.

| In his
own accounting practice he has worked with and advised small
and start-up businesses, as well as medium to large businesses
in the areas of organization, monthly accounting, taxes,
business opportunity analysis and planning.
In addition, he maintains a large
clientele of individual clients whom he advises on taxes
as well as preparing their personal and business income
tax returns.
Bill recently completed the qualifications
to become a Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor.
Bill is a member of the following
associations: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
Illinois C.P.A. Society, National Society of Public Accountants,
Independent Accountants Association of Illinois, various
local area Chambers of Commerce.
